WHAT IS IT: United 21 Day Fast is a unique collaboration of churches throughout Palm Beach County that join together each year to fast and pray throughout a period of 21 days to seek Jesus together! We believe that as we come together to seek God’s strength, provision, and presence, that we will see Him work mightily both here in Palm Beach County and around the world.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: If this is your first time joining us for our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, welcome! We are so happy to know that you will be praying along with us. Anyone is welcome to participate, and no registration is required. What and how you fast as you pray is up to you. You can fast from a meal each day and set that time aside to pray intentionally. You may decide to fast from particular foods during the 21 days (like a Daniel Fast) or fast from food entirely for a set period of time. However, the Holy Spirit leads you, the purpose of any fast is to lay aside our physical desires to focus on the spiritual need. Sign up for the 24-Hour PRAYER CHAIN, where we will have people signed up for one-hour slots to cover the entire 21 days in prayer, 24 hours a day. You can sign up for whatever hour time slots you’re able to pray. And finally, come to our Worship and Prayer Gathering on Friday, January 23rd to be encouraged in prayer and worship with other believers who are participating as well! God is going to do great things in and through us as we set aside this time to seek Him and His Kingdom together.

As we fast and pray together, we want our spirits to be stirred as we seek Jesus. We are asking God to work in and through us as we seek Him together.

This year, we are starting a new aspect of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting: A 24 Hour Prayer Chain. We will be having people sign up to pray for one-hour time slots to cover every hour of every day for all 21 days! We have a sign-up form showing which time slots are available, and we’re encouraging everyone to sign up for whichever time slots you’re able to pray, and see how God works in and through this dedicated time of prayer!
